1. first payment is applied to hinder hnr and can be done through all e-wallet (QRIS)
2. please submit your proof of payment after completing the transaction. be sure to fill out the form accurately and thoroughly.
3. upload all required material (color palette and photos) via the provided link or google drive. the customer is responsible for providing all materials, including photos and color palettes.
4. order fulfillment may take 1 to 5 working days, depending on the complexity and quantity of orders.
5. rush orders will incur an additional charge outside of the regular fee (for orders completed within 12 hours, an extra IDR 10.000\design will be applied).
6. revisions are limited to minor ones like typos, positions, text, and they can only be made once within 12 hours after the preview has been sent. an additional fee of IDR 5.000 will be charged for the major revision, which involves changing photos and color.
7. upon completion of payment, your order is irrevocably confirmed and cannot be canceled. should you attempt cancellation thereafter, no refund will be issued by depth nemesis.
8. custom orders and twibbon designs are not accepted.
9. reproducing or trading the design depth nemesis created is strictly forbidden. the individuals responsible will face a fine of IDR 500,000.
